We are proud to announce that our Povey Road development in Warrington has been shortlisted for the Inside Housing Development Awards 2025, in the category Best Affordable Housing Development (£5m–£10m).
Delivered in partnership with Housing 21, the scheme comprises 45 high-quality Retirement Living apartments. Designed using a zero-gas, fabric-first approach, Povey Road prioritises energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term sustainability while supporting independent later living.
