As part of our annual Christmas Charity Campaign, we were honoured to support a variety of organisations working tirelessly to bring comfort and joy to those in need during the festive season.
Through our contributions totalling £10,000, we helped provide accommodation, warm meals, and presents to over 1,500 families and children - helping to make a meaningful impact in our communities over the festive season.
We were proud to support the following incredible
organisations:
• Wood Street Mission – Providing clothing, bedding, toys, and books to families in Manchester and Salford, enhancing children’s well-being.
• The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust – Delivering free programs for terminally ill, disabled, and disadvantaged children across the North West.
• Save the Children UK – Tackling child poverty and aiding families affected by the cost-of-living crisis.
• An Hour for Others – Sponsoring children and teenagers to improve living situations or gain job skills.
• The Salvation Army – Offering groceries, Christmas meals, and companionship to struggling families and individuals without homes.
• Action for Children – Supporting the Secret Santa initiative, providing warm clothes, hot meals, and gifts to vulnerable children.
• Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust – Supporting their "Presents for Patients" Appeal, spreading festive cheer to hospitalised children.
• Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust – Contributing to their Christmas Appeal, bringing comfort to children spending Christmas in hospital.
We also had the privilege of seeing the tangible impact of our
support. Our team visited Whiston Hospital, part of the Mersey & West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals, to present a £5,000 donation for their Presents for Patients Appeal. This thoughtful initiative ensures that patients spending time in hospital receive a gift, bringing moments of joy and comfort during what can be a difficult time.
