Alderley Group are delighted to announce that we have submitted a planning application for our new development site Bridgewater Court, in Walkden, Salford.
This exciting project is set to offer 100% affordable housing under a retirement living scheme, specifically for the over 55’s market. Set across 5 floors, this development will deliver 45 apartments consisting of one and two-bedroom apartments for residents.
Following the success of previous projects, Alderley Group are thrilled to be working in partnership with a leading non-profit provider of Extra Care and Retirement Living – to be announced soon.
