We’re proud to announce the completion of Town Hill, a 39-apartment affordable housing scheme in Warrington delivered in partnership with Torus.
This development forms part of our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable homes that meet the evolving needs of communities across the North West. With a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, Town Hill has been thoughtfully designed to support independent living, blending energy-efficient construction with accessible layouts and carefully landscaped surroundings.
Following practical completion at the end of May, our team has been focused on final internal preparations and certification, readying the scheme for imminent handover.
To mark the end of the construction phase, we welcomed a professional film crew on site to document the finished development. The shoot captured both aerial and internal visuals, along with interviews from the team that brought the project to life. This footage will form part of a case study to showcase the journey from concept to delivery – highlighting the collaborative effort and attention to detail that define every Alderley project.
Town Hill represents another successful partnership between Alderley Group and Torus, underpinned by strong delivery and a shared vision for community-led development.
