Coming Soon – The Hawthorns, Glossop

Following a successful land acquisition in the second quarter of 2025, we are pleased to share that Reserved Matters has been officially submitted for The Hawthorns – our latest residential scheme located in Glossop, Derbyshire.

This thoughtfully designed development will deliver 65 high-quality homes, offering a range of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses, including split-level designs with private gardens and parking.

This marks an exciting next step in expanding the Group’s portfolio in key growth areas. A draft version of the site plan is now available and may be subject to refinement.
