Carlton Campbell: Senior Design Manager – 2 Years of Excellence
Carlton Campbell joined Alderley Group on August 16, 2022, and in just two years, he has proven himself to be an invaluable asset to our team. As a Senior Design Manager, Carlton has been instrumental in guiding the design processes for some of our most complex projects. His keen eye for detail, combined with his ability to manage large teams and ensure the highest standards of design, has helped Alderley Group deliver exceptional projects on time and within budget.

Derek Anderson: Construction Manager – 1 Year of Impact
Derek Anderson joined us on August 15, 2023, and in just one year, he has made a tremendous impact as Construction Manager. Derek’s hands-on approach, combined with his ability to coordinate complex construction activities, has been vital in driving the success of our on-site operations. His dedication to maintaining safety standards and ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest quality has earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and peers.
