The proposed development will deliver 27 new homes, thoughtfully designed within a well-connected and desirable location of Cheadle Royal, a sought-after suburb in Greater Manchester. Planning is currently in progress, and – pending anticipated approval – we aim to commence construction in November 2025, with completion expected in 2027.
