We are proud to have officially handed over Pomeroy Court to our partner Housing 21.
This development delivers 40 high-quality retirement living apartments and marks the first scheme completed in partnership with Housing 21 – with two further projects in Warrington and Walkden currently under construction.
Designed with care, Pomeroy Court combines modern design with sustainable, zero-gas infrastructure and a fabric-first approach to maximise comfort, efficiency, and long-term value.
It was great to mark the milestone on site with members of the Alderley Partnerships team and Housing 21’s Vera Deacon. We’d also like to extend a huge thank you to everyone involved in bringing this scheme to life, including our partners, suppliers and consultants.
