In the coming weeks, Alderley Group is set to submit the full planning application for our upcoming development at Ridge Avenue, Burnley. Following approval, our in-house construction division Alderley Partnerships aim to begin construction on this development – our largest to date – in the first quarter of 2026.
This scheme will deliver 60 retirement living apartments and 8 bungalows – an eco-friendly zero-gas, high-quality development designed to meet local housing needs whilst enhancing the lives of tenants. Please note that the site plan is a draft and may be subject to revisions.
The site is located within a well-established residential area, with strong transport links and accessible local amenities, supporting Extra Care healthy and independent later-life living.
This will be our fourth collaboration with a nationally renowned housing association specialising in retirement living and extra care – we look forward to announcing our delivery partner in due course.
