New Beginnings at Hallwood Park: Handover & Residents Moving In

We are delighted to announce the successful handover of keys at Hallwood Park, Runcorn. This momentous occasion marks the completion of another high-quality, affordable housing project by Alderley Group, in partnership with Onward Homes. Seeing the first residents move into their new homes has been incredibly rewarding and is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in this project.

Creating a Community

Hallwood Park consists of 27 one- and two-bedroom apartments designed with the needs of families and individuals in mind. The development features a range of community-led and family-friendly amenities, including:

• Buggy and Cycle Storage: Ensuring residents have secure and convenient storage options.

Handing Over the Keys

We recently celebrated the handover of keys at Hallwood Park with representatives from Onward Homes and members of the Alderley Group construction team. This event marked the official completion of the project and was a wonderful opportunity to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. It was a moment of pride for all of us, reflecting our shared commitment to delivering exceptional housing solutions.
