Bringing the Team Together – Manchester Day Out

At Alderley Group, we know that building great developments starts with building a great team.

Last week, members of the Alderley Group and Alderley Partnerships teams took some time out of the office for a team day in Manchester – a chance to step away from day-to-day operations and reconnect in a more relaxed setting.

We started the day with a lively padel tournament at Club de Padel, giving everyone a chance to unleash their competitive spirit (and a few questionable backhands). With a growing team split between our Chelsea and North West offices, it was great to see colleagues from different sites and departments come together, many meeting face-to-face for the first time.

After the tournament, we headed into the city for lunch, drinks, and some well-earned downtime. These moments of connection outside the office are a big part of the culture we’re proud to foster.

As we continue to scale up our developments, deliver new projects across the UK, and expand the Alderley family, we’re committed to keeping people at the heart of what we do.
