At Alderley Group, our commitment goes beyond delivering high-quality affordable homes – we’re also focused on building a more sustainable future. Through our partnership with More Trees, we plant one tree in the North West of England for every affordable housing unit we complete.
This initiative reflects our broader mission: to create not only homes, but healthier, more environmentally responsible communities.

🌱 23 Trees Planted in Liverpool – The Vicarage, Warrington
Following the completion of The Vicarage – a 23-unit affordable rent development in Warrington delivered in partnership with Torus – we’ve funded the planting of 23 trees in Liverpool, bringing us to a total of 113 trees planted.
These trees are expected to offset around 169 tonnes of CO₂ over their lifetime, supporting urban biodiversity, improving air quality, and contributing to local reforestation efforts.

🌱 39 More Trees on the Way – Town Hill, Warrington
As we near Practical Completion at Town Hill – a 39-apartment affordable scheme also in partnership with Torus – we are preparing to plant an additional 39 trees to support reforestation in the Liverpool area.

🌍 Why It Matters
Every tree planted is a step toward:
At Alderley Group, we believe that meaningful, measurable environmental action should be woven into the fabric of every development—and this initiative is just one of the ways we’re delivering on that belief.

Let’s build a better future home by home, tree by tree.
