A Proven Leader in Financial Strategy

Nathan brings a wealth of expertise to Alderley Group, having worked across recruitment, media, healthcare, technology, and financial services industries. An FCCA-qualified financial leader, his career began at Harvey Nash Plc in the recruitment sector, where he built a solid foundation in accounting. From there, he advanced to DMG Media Plc as Financial Controller, refining his skills in financial planning, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Over the years, Nathan has developed core expertise in:

• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
• Business Transformation
• SaaS Modelling
• Financial Systems Implementation

In 2018, Nathan joined Jayex Technology Ltd, contributing significantly to the international expansion of its SaaS platform in the healthcare sector. Most recently, at Laybuy Holdings Ltd, Nathan optimised costs, streamlined business processes, and enhanced cash flow forecasting to drive operational efficiency and growth.
