We’re thrilled to share that Pomeroy Court in Huyton has been shortlisted as a Finalist in the “Best Retirement Scheme” category at the Housebuilder Awards 2025.
Delivered in partnership with Housing 21, Pomeroy Court comprises 40 high-quality retirement living apartments, purpose-built to meet the needs of older residents in Knowsley. The development has been carefully designed to promote independent living, support wellbeing, and foster a strong sense of community—both within the building and in the surrounding area.
As an organisation committed to delivering sustainable and community-first affordable housing, we’re proud that Pomeroy Court is being recognised on a national stage. The scheme integrates thoughtful architectural design, green space, and modern communal facilities, and is part of our growing portfolio of retirement and extra care schemes across the North and Midlands.
The Housebuilder Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 6th November 2025 at the InterContinental London – The O2, where winners will be announced.
