Introducing the CGI’s for Mary Street

Introducing the stunning new CGIs for our upcoming Mary Street development in Rishton! These visuals offer a comprehensive glimpse into the future of this high-quality, affordable housing project.

Designed under a 100% Affordable Rent Scheme, Mary Street will feature 30 modern homes, including two and three-bedroom houses. We have worked closely with Hyndburn Borough Council throughout the planning stages, and we are finalising our planning application to bring this vision to life.

In partnership with a local housing association – to be announced soon – this development aims to provide much-needed affordable housing to the community of Rishton, Blackburn. The project is designed to offer comfort, efficiency, and a sense of community with beautiful communal areas that foster well-being.
