Yesterday marked another proud moment for Alderley Group as we attended the prestigious UK Housing Awards to celebrate Hallwood Park’s nomination in the Excellence in Community-Led Decision Making category.
This nomination is Hallwood Park’s second recognition this year and forms part of an outstanding hat-trick of nominations across three industry-leading awards. While we didn’t secure the win this time, being shortlisted alongside the best in the sector is an achievement in itself and a testament to the innovation, collaboration, and hard work that went into bringing this development to life.
Hallwood Park stands as a beacon of what’s possible when community voices are truly placed at the heart of affordable housing development. From its inception, the project emphasised meaningful engagement, enabling the local community to shape a development that meets their needs and aspirations.
Our team’s dedication to this vision has not gone unnoticed, and we are incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together – not just as a company, but as a collective effort with Onward Homes, our partners and the community we served.
While we may not have taken home the award, this recognition fuels our commitment to creating impactful and sustainable housing solutions that prioritise the people they serve.
