We are thrilled to share that Alderley Partnerships has legally exchanged on an exciting new development located on Ridge Avenue in Burnley. This upcoming project will deliver 40 high-quality, 100% affordable homes, marking our commitment to supporting Burnley’s growth and providing sustainable, accessible housing to its vibrant community. This development will be managed in partnership with a Housing Association, to be announced in the coming months.
Alderley Partnerships will be working diligently to bring this project to fruition. In the coming months, we’ll be submitting Reserved Matters to continue the planning process, collaborating closely with our trusted partners to ensure the development meets Alderley Group’s rigorous standards of quality and sustainability.
We’d like to extend a special thank you to James Ketley at Euan Kellie Property Solutions, who will provide planning consultancy, and to Manuel Atkinson from BTP_Architects, our appointed architect. Together, we’ll shape this development to create a welcoming, thoughtfully designed community that aligns with the needs and aspirations of Burnley’s residents.
