We are delighted to announce that we have officially completed on our upcoming development at Mary Street, Rishton – marking another significant milestone for Alderley Group as we continue to expand our portfolio of high-quality, affordable housing.
Mary Street will deliver 30 modern homes, including two- and three-bedroom houses, under a 100% Affordable Rent Scheme, supporting the growing need for accessible housing in the area. We have worked closely with Hyndburn Borough Council throughout the planning process and are proud to be bringing this development to life in partnership with Together Housing Group.
Designed with community and sustainability in mind, the development will feature well-designed homes, energy-efficient features, and communal spaces to enhance residents’ quality of life.
