We are excited to announce that Alderley Group has been shortlisted in the Excellence in Community-Led Decision Making category at the prestigious UK Housing Awards 2024 for our Hallwood Park development.
At Alderley Group, we believe that the best housing developments are those that actively involve the communities they serve. Hallwood Park exemplifies this commitment to community engagement, where local residents played a pivotal role in shaping the final development.
From the early stages of planning, we worked closely with residents, conducting regular consultations and adapting our designs based on their feedback. Through these interactions, we were able to create homes that not only meet the needs of future tenants but also respect the aspirations of the broader community.
